Real gumbo. I made the best gumbo I ever made with this stuff.I was out. Checked grocery store across the street. They carry a lot of ethnic and Cajun stuff. But no file powder.Ordered on Amazon. It was here 2 days later.Talk about a good gumbo. Fresh product
