Took 1 pill. NEVER again.
I took one and I could not get up the next day. I ovetslept( with the alarm going off) by 4 hours. When I got up I was dizzy and confused and had to leave work( thankfully I’m remote) after just 3 hours and fell right asleep for another day. Basically I slept 48 hours from 1 pill. I would strongly advise people only take the recommended dose between 0.5 and 5 mg and never , ever take 60mg. It is possible to overdose on melatonin.

They make you tired, but in a very cumbersome way.
It's not very relaxing and it gave me a headache every time I took one, which came before I felt any effects. After making you feel sick, it becomes really uncomfortable sleeping. Your eyes don't really get tired. It's a very gradual sleeping aid that takes about an hour to fully set in. It somewhat makes you more alert as the dosage is way too high too. You'd think that dosage means it would work harder, but not really. That's my experience, though.

I have gradually increased the mgs of Melatonin and it works well! No hang overs! I can't find it anywhere but here! Great bargain!
