Battery pack dead, Charger damaged! Replaced!
One of the battery pack is completely dead and not charging at all, battery charger is even damaged. Suspect previously returned product / fake copy as quality is not up to the mark. Also no manuals inside the box and no plastic wrapping.Update: Replaced the item and received a complete brand new box pack and working well good.

Love the weight-to-power ratio. Even at full torque, it’s easy to handle.

Battery charger very poor quality already broken.
It has strong torque and does the work,But beware, it has poor built battery charger..mine already damaged on few use but still works.One of the battery drains very fast , even when kept idle.Other battery is good and lasts long.Secure clip/ pin does not fit, though i dont use it. But who knows, may need it some other day...best wishes.
