Perfect for noisy office environment
Pros:Excellent noise isolation for both ears and micCrystal-clear call quality, even with loud colleagues nearby - people in my calls cannot hear them at all.Comfortable for long hours of wearReliable Bluetooth and battery (or wired use)Professional, lightweight designCons:The wire can occasionally get in the way of the keyboard but it’s minor and barely noticeableYou can hear your own voice unless you change the settings using their own downloadable software, only took me 2 mins though and was great after.People I am speaking with cannot hear the background but If people are being super loud next to you, you can still hear them but you can turn the volume up to help reduce this and I feel a little noise is inevitable at this price range.Use case: I work in a busy open-plan office and needed something that could block out surrounding noise and keep my voice clear on calls. After trying a cheaper headset that just didn’t cope with the background noise, I switched to these after doing lots of research on the best headphones for my situation at not a crazy price.Verdict: These are hands-down the best headset I’ve used in a professional setting. I can concentrate, I’m heard clearly, and they’re comfortable all day. Even with someone talking at the same desk, my calls aren’t affected.Absolutely worth the higher price tag, wouldn’t hesitate to buy again.

Couldn't live without it
Absolutely amazing, couldn't see my remote working life without this headset! Integrated with Teams so it makes life so much better when muting/unmoving the microphone and when responding calls. Design is also lightweight and easy to carry in the laptop bag with the case provided (doesn't take much space either). Sound quality is excellent and has volume control buttons on the side, making it easier to volume up/down.

Good sound quality, but comfort could be improved
Great, consistent sound quality that doesn’t disappoint. Would benefit from an instruction manual or links to an online video to ensure it’s being used to the full.Comfort will be a personal thing, but for me I’d prefer a little less weight in the over head bar.

Best headphones I've ever used
They're comfortable, great sound, brilliant noise canceling and look good too. All round, a good quality headset!

Not Noise Cancelling
The text of the product title should be altered to noise isolating rather than cancelling - misleading at best. Currently considering whether to return on that basis. Product seems well made - definitely advise going to Jabra and downloading the manual.Update - I did return (easy as usual with A) and bought the Evolve 2 50. Easy set up, DOES have active noise cancellation and am very happy with the results. Solid and well made product for not much more cost. Would recommend either but horses for courses re the ANC.
