Good material. No neck pain. Useful adjunct to arm day.
I bought this as the reviews seemed to suggest it was made of good quality - I can confirm this. Solid material, doesn't ever feel like its going to bend or break. The other common theme from the reviews seemed to be that it can hurt your neck while in use. When I wear this, it fits snugly over my traps. I can load the bar fairly heavy without any discomfort. The lads complaining of neck pain have likely never done back squats before. This arm blaster essentially emulates a Preacher Curl without the need for an expensive preacher bench. Because your shoulders are out of the equation, it allows you to pretty much focus on the short head of the biceps (the "peak" for those versed in the language of bro-science). So shouldn't really be the only exercise you do if you want to hug your sleeves. It also feels very natural to do dumbell hammer curls for brachialis.Your elbows are forced a little wide because of the position of the elbow pads but it feels natural enough after a while. You won't be able to go as heavy as a regular bar curl, but everyone knows the guy with the heaviest bicep curl tends to have the smallest biceps in the gym.Worth the purchase if you're looking to add some variety to this tiny muscle group that we all take way too seriously 💪

Good training tool
Saw this on an Arnie documentary so wanted to give it a go. Good price and works well. Look a bit of a weirdo walking round the weights area at the gym with it on but who cares ay 😂

Arm blaster
It's a fantastic equipment just like old school training when I used to use one in the old gym would recommend 100% works the arms loads better and I also don't need to use heavy weights ad well .

Arms blasted!
I can't afford the space a preacher bench would require in the garage, and this does a great job. This one says its made from alluminium - hopefully prevent any rust through use. (I've not magnet tested it) It is strong, and has good quality, wrap around, rubber end caps.Gives a great isolation for the biceps and triceps. Wish I had got one years ago!

It works but arm placement is very uncomfortable for tricep
Puts more focus on bicep but hurts the back of your arms

Did not receive feature as promoted in videos and visual.
I purchased the DMoose Fitness Arm Blaster after viewing the promotional video and visual. I did not receive the snap clip / buckle to clamp the strap as advertised. As a result I find it cumbersome to adjust the strap and it doesn't feel secure. The DMoose Fitness Arm Curl Blaster how to video instructs that the elbows should fit on the sponge pad. However, DMoose Fitness Arm Curl Blaster video shows it been used with the elbows off the sponge pad. I would like clarification regarding the elbows.
