This brand is slightly thinner than the one I bought before but still gets very hot, and stays in place. The price is excellent. It definitely helps my back warm up for better mobility and less pain.

These work for back pain relief. The effects last much longer than the few hours they are worn, per directions.

These patches go on hot and stay hot for a long while.

I have been using these Capsaicin Patches for years. Having Degenerative Disc Disease and mild scoliosis means frequent back discomfort. These patches are much more affordable than the U.S. National brands and have the same percentage of capsaicin. I buy the large ones so that I can divide them with scissors to use only the portions I need on any particular day. Applying a patch before doing housework or yardwork relaxes the muscles and prevents discomfort afterward. Eliminates the need to be tethered to a heating pad. Relief is almost immediate. They do feel hot initially but if that is tolerable for a female senior citizen, it should be tolerable for anyone.
