Both my husband and I have been using these. His job is very physical and he was having lower back pain. I put one on his back and through working 10 hours and even sweating, they stayed on and he didn’t come home with any discomfort he previously had. They are warming, but not too hot. These work better than the Lidocaine patches the Dr prescribed and WAY less expensive! Have already ordered more just in case!

Patch of good size,easy to apply but not heat up. I put one on in morning never got warm until bedtime

Product arrived promptly. I waa anxioys to try as Biofreeze gel had been giving minimal relief of knee pain. My hope were on this. This might be good for some but not me. I feel zero so called heat and also zero relief of pain. Will try Lidocaine 4% patches. Positive large size of coverage. Adherence of patch to the skin is excellent.

These work just as well as the brand name caspsacin patches for my pain. I used them on my middle back and it was like wearing a heating pad that didn't need to be plugged in. When it seemed they stopped working, I took a short walk or did some mild activity and they seemed to be warm again.
