Effective sleep aid
Received my valerian supplements and I’m happy as I have been able to sleep better. I found this in capsule form more effective, then a liquid version of it online. It gives me just enough sleep aid without giving me crazy vivid dreams.Note: Like everything else, there’s always some possible side effects and drug interactions when taking supplements, so, I highly recommend knowing what they are, especially if you are also taking other medications.

Mixed feelings
This is a good product if your body I’m not sure how to say it can handle it the right way for the first I’d say three or four days that I took it just one capsule of bed and my nothing no it didn’t do anything so I decided to take two capsules And the first night really didn’t do anything second night it did help call me and I did get a little sleep the next two nights I did get sleep but on that second night I woke up no so groggy and it took me until about seven or between 7 PM and 8 PM at night for a really start wearing off and then it was time you know about time to go to bed Took two more woke up that next day and ended up having to go back to bed just a few hours later and I slept for four hours so needless to say I have not taken anymore so I guess it would just be up to the person and their body chemistry but I mean it does relax you and you do sleep but to me, it was just too strong.

Relaxes you so you can sleep
This was recommended to me by a friend. I have propunza. Which is the inability to turn off your thoughts. You think about everything and nothing. Preventing you from sleeping . It is natural. Non narcotic. Turns off the noise in my head when I want to sleep. Unlike melatonin there is no hangover in the morning. Word to the wise. It smells bad. But no after taste.
