I like it. Very durable and easy to float

I tried this line for the first time this week. I found it excellent. As with all lines it needed a bit of stretching first but after about an hours use it was getting my buzzers out more easily and further than I have ever done before. The "in touch" factor really seems to be there and it even caught me a few fish. The Ballina Angling Centre provided an excellent service and the package arrived earlier than expected.

The way the line responds is different than most. I would describe it as stiff but sensitive. When a fish bites, the line feels like a thin rope with little to no rebound effect. I like it. The past month I've ran this line (7WF) 3-4x/ week mostly using Hoppers, Deceivers, and Woolly Buggers. Each time I'm on the water, I still find myself straightening the memory coils out from the fly line. It's good practice I suppose. As the line relates to casting distance, I haven't noticed any major increases in my distances. Is the line worth $100+? Probably not. The market is too competitive to justify paying 35%-65% more. In the end the RIO GOLD InTouch was a generous gift given to me, so I'll take it!
