Pet Approved 🐶 🤷♀️
Quick synopsis: a quality and engaging toy. Although this product is intended for cats, ours, honestly, couldn’t be bothered by it—we accepted this risk when we made this purchase, as he is rather picky… However, my husband and I have a two lb. puppy who couldn’t be more excited by this toy.In-depth review:Design: The toy has 6 holes that a feather pops out of and a track above them that a small ball rolls around in. The toy and the majority of its components are made of a light, yet durable plastic, with the exception of the feathers themselves, the bell inside of one of the plastic balls and the small electronic panel on the top of the toy, used to display different settings. There are both extra feather pieces and an extra ball included with the toy (one ball has a bell inside, one does not and is silent).Function: there are 5 different settings to choose from that control the speed and pattern of the feather pop-out mechanism. The toy is not silent, the pop-out mechanism is definitely audible, but it is subtle, as well as the ball rolling around the top track, which also makes a feint sound; these are intended (and seem) to engage the user. The toy requires a wall plug, as it only uses a cable (included) for power, rather than batteries. This can be inconvenient, depending upon the where the toy is used.Use: again, while this toy may be intended for cats, unfortunately, our boy is not entertained. Our little puppy however, during supervised play, can’t get enough of this thing—so we do consider this worthwhile purchase.**It’s worth nothing that we only allow her to play with this toy supervised strictly because of her age and size. Since we’ve unboxed it, the toy itself and its parts are quality, easy to use and safe. Conclusion:This toy works exactly as described. It’s well-made and seems to entertain most cats, and if it doesn’t, maybe another pet could benefit from trying to use it… 🤣 🤷♀️

Crazy toy thats drives all nuts
Finally found a toy that WORKS. The cats go nuts over the unit and play for a long time with it. My dog also goes nuts over the feathers popping in and out. It's a universal toy. Batteries last a long time. Have had it for months now and have yet to put in new batteries. Almost better than rolled up tin foil..

ORSDA came through w their customer service! ❤️
UPDATE:2ND TOY: WHITE TOY:ORSDA was kind enough to read my review, see my frustration, refund me, and send me a new toy. This toy has been working for the past 30 minutes - on and off. I charged it while I slept. My 2 kittens are in suspense waiting for the feather to pop out and when the laser beam starts beaming - they are like... "where the feather go?" And they start searching for the feather! Lol. I think the feather isn't fast enough for them, but, they havent removed it yet, vs the 1st toy - it got its feather plucked right away. I didnt get to see if the feather lost the battle bc the toy stopped working or if the feather lost the battle bc my ninja kitten got a hold of the feather 1st! And then it stopped working! Not sure. Either way... this toy works! Has had them in suspense sinse I turned it on. Has been functioning for over 30- 40 mins (on and off now, as its intermittent) and I am very pleased it is keeping my babies busy! I am also very pleased with the service and customer experience I received. I will def continue to look into this products and brand for future toys as this was a very nice gesture ORSDA had, going above and beyond. Thank you!1ST TOY- PURPLE: Left the toy running. Returned from kitchen. The toy has NOT TURNED ON EVER AGAIN. Very annoyed. And the sad part was that both kitties kept looking at it like.... what happened? Attempted turning it on several times on several occations. Used Batteries and charging cord hoping one would work. Went online and saw that other people had same situation happen to them. Tried charging overnight, thinking maybe it completely needed to be fully charged before using... being hopeful! But....nope. Has not turned on since.

My cat loves it
He loves it, he just doesn't understand these kinds of toys and tends to grab the feather as soon as it pops out and tries to drag it under the couch. It's not super loud, it does make a little "wrrr ka-chunk" sound when the feather pops out, but that's about it.

Cats like this toy.
My cats like this toy, but the little feathers get stuck inside of the toy every time I turn it on for them to play. It's kind of a big pain because every time I turn it on for them to play, I have to get a screw driver out and try dislodge the feathers from the insides because they get stuck. I don't know how people can just walk away and leave the toy, because in my experience with this toy the motor would have burned out if I was not there to unstick the mechanism that holds the feathers. The cats still love to watch the feathers when they are working.
