Easy to use
This is the first time I've used this type of golf swing training aid. It was ready to use right out of the package. I did take off the two end weights but decided I needed more weight so I put them back on. At first, I didn't see the value thinking it was just like swinging a club. But, I quickly found out that those tricky little weights are deceiving and do add more substance/weight than I thought. After a few swings, I picked up my eight iron and swung it. I think I had an epiphany because I've been struggling letting the club do the work and all of a sudden I felt like everything clicked! I'll know for sure tomorrow when I go play a round. This gets a "yes" from me! I'll continue using it.

The One For Left Handers
Too many golf training aids are designed for right handers with a grip tool that is useless for left handers. This one has just the standard grip so it is usable for both left handers and right handers. It's a functional tool that is good for beginners, novices and also seniors. For more experienced golfers, I would say it's more useful as a warmup tool than a training aid per se.As a novice golfer who is also a senior AND Left Handed, this training aid is greatly appreciated and I use it in my back yard 4-5 times per week.

Great tool
This is a fantastic warm up tool for us golfers. Take a couple of settings to get the blood flowing and the rhythm in sync and your good to go. Decent grip and easy to use and I like the heavy weight

Shaft is too stiff
Theses swing trainers are supposed to help rhythm and timing by having a very whipping shaft that helps with slowing your swing and thus timing. This shaft is almost a regular so doesn’t help.

interesting swing trainer
The swing trainer is as long as a driver. It also has a normal grip on it. This is unlike the other training club. I have that have the grip that forces your hand into a certain position I can see the benefit of both designs the shaft is long and flexible and the weight is adjustable by end, screwing the removable weights at the end, I like that this train is as long as a driver. It just feels more natural of a swing. This is great for warming up and exercises.

Just what I was looking for
I've been looking at a swing speed trainer for some time now, but the name brand ones seemed a bit overpriced for what they are. Then I saw this available and jumped on it. This is a great training aid and has already added a few MPH to my swing speed after about 3 weeks of occasional use. I will probably use it more consistently over the winter. The weights are easy to change and i can use it in my house without hitting anything. I did change the grip just to be similar in size as the ones I use on my clubs.

Very nice speed stick for the money.
I am around a 13 handicap, slacked off a little this year so probably higher now. Drives average around the 250-260 mark. Got this to work on speed and power to not have to work so hard out on the course. Hoping to bump up my 80% shot and tighten things up. It is well put together and seems like it will last. Do wish it had some kind of flats and a wrench included to change and tighten weights. But can be done with a small strap wrench if needed.
