No cream or lotion will get rid of dark under eye areas. Try getting some more sleep. Creams like this can brighten a little bit, but they won't completely get rid of the darkness under your eyes.

Q: Cruelty free? Or do they use salt and vinegar to harm the snails for production?

I researched the manufacturer online and they were not listed under the cruelty free businesses site

Q: How does this product work for saggy upper eyelids?

This eye cream doesn't really lift any saggy eyelids but it's does sink into the skin very seamlessly and is great under makeup. An eye cream that I am using right now that I would recommend for people with saggy or hooded eyes is Amara Organics eye cream gel. This eye cream really does tighten and overtime lift saggy upper eyelids. And it helps with getting rid of my dark circles as well I really do recommend it!!!! I used the whole bottle and after a month I saw great results with puffiness, dark circles and saggy eyelids. But if your looking for a moisturizing eye cream this mizon snail repair one is more on the lighter side so If you have very dry eyes I would reccomend putting this under another eye cream. But personally for me it works great on its own and helps with dark circles over time. (:
