Fantastic Impact- tricky to assemble
Beautiful for what I was looking for- but the assembly directions were not provided, and it was tricky to assemble.

Loved it!
Was a bit intimated when I open ed the box but it was pretty easy to put together! Used hot glue as instructed but also used white duct tape to make it extra sturdy!Used 12 and 5 inch balloons and it worked great. Would purchase again.
