Love it. Perfect balance of firm, yet squishy for ankle therapy. Seems like a nice quality product and a great price.

Great product for the price
After recent ankle surgery - my PT suggested I get one of these for home use. Mine cost about 75% less than the type they had at the clinic. It works great.

Post lumbar sturdy pt pad
For the price guess it's ok. But I've had it a week, it's breaking down like a pillow. I'm going to upgrade. If you need a pad for post lumbar. Shop for higher price. I'm doing it , put i find a sturdy one

So many uses for a nice square foam that's relatively cheap in the gym
Hated getting on my knees for ab roller, reverse nordic curls, and cable ab crunches but these make it so much more comfortable.
