My keke likes feathers and butterflies, so I had to buy them all….after all, these accessories are also very beautifully crafted. Before buying this toy, I noticed individual reviews mentioned that change feathers is a little difficult, I was a little hesitant to place order. However when I received it, it is way easier. Aslo, the bottom of the toy battery cover on the sticker to remind the various modes of how to switch, how to replace the feathers, instructions to enter the feather replacement mode, and then appeared the orange light, the feathers come out, twisted down after it is very easy to replace. If it does not come out, you can then press the button a few more times to replace the feather mode, it will definitely come out, so easy design and operationI would give this 10 STARS every time. I see my cat playing with that excitement. Your cat also deserves this toy from ORSD!

We bought this toy after we saw how much our son's cat enjoyed hers. We always use the mode that switches from the ribbons/butterfly wand going round and round to the feathers popping out of holes around the side of the toy. After being dormant for a couple hours it repeats so they can play with it throughout the day. They really like the feathers the best, but one cat will lay there so that the ribbons hit him in the head as it goes around! Or they just like watching it in action, along with the changing colored lights! This is a very durable toy because one of the cats gets hold of the wand with ribbons/butterfly and literally tries to pull it out and run with it, which she cannot do! (She can shred the ribbons, but it come with replacements.)You have probably noticed that there are a lot of very similar toys, but you should definitely buy this one from ORSDA simply because they totally stand behind their product. They want you to like their product. A few days after we received this toy, the button got stuck, and I couldn't turn it on. I emailed them and was surprised at their quick response . She requested a picture and description of the problem, and shortly thereafter told me it was a manufacturer's defect and they would send a replacement toy if I wanted. I wanted! It arrived in a couple days and remains problem free. I turn this thing on every morning for our cats (after charging which doesn't take long at all) since they have come to expect it!

I am cat-sitting for friends and wanted to get something that will help kitty enjoy some stimulation that doesn’t always involve me waving a wand around. And also doesn’t trigger the ‘brother’ dog’s prey drive.A week and a half later and she (still) really loves it. Which is why I’m giving it one more star than I might otherwise.The upsides:- The periodic automatic activation!- The variety of options for stimulation- The replacement pieces to extend its life- the charge lasts longer than expected (though I have to hide it to charge ‘cause she inevitably wants to play with it and that pulls the charging cord out!)- Even the dog likes it (and he doesn’t get super-preyed up)!Some of the downsides/things to consider:— within the first few minutes, this (average-sized) cat yanked on the feather, turning the whole thing upside down (it’s not light!). She still plays with it (see video) but after a few of these turnovers, the butterfly wand (?) was horizontal. Still worked but ultimately it curved under to make the ball keep going around (see video with dog). (I’m not sure how Orsda could possibly get around this, but just wanted to mention it.) Obviously you can keep replacing the wand (there are 2 extras), but at this rate, this is too short-lived. (I should also note it’s not simple to straighten the wand, as the covering for it is ‘slippery’ so it turns as you try to straighten it, either connected or removed).— A week and a half in, she has pulled the feather off. Following instructions for replacing the feather, the internal rod will not come out far enough for me to screw it back on. I’ve contacted Orsda and hope there’s a good resolution because she really loves that poke-out feature.Proof of her love: as I tried to fix the feather, she kept jumping up on the counter (not allowed) and meowing at me. 😜Hope this helps as you consider your purchase!

My cats do love it. They are just super rough with it and keep wanting to drag it off to another room. They keep ripping the butterfly feature out of its base. So, I just let them play with it while I am there to supervise. So far it is very good at keeping their interest.

My cat is SO picky and he loves this toy! After 4 months, the button got stuck so I contacted customer service. They got with me right away and were so nice about it! They replaced the toy immediately! I don’t know when I have ever had such wonderful customer service. This is a well built toy- I’m thinking what happened was just a fluke. My kitty wants to play with this multiple times during the day. Try it for your kitty- you won’t be sorry!!!!!
