Great Buy
Bought this for a older couple to communicate when they go fishing or they do yardwork at different locations around their house. They totally love it and saying it works great and is from great quality, they can hear each other perfect and they feel a lil bit securer to be able to check on each other.

Good value at this price point
Inexpensive, but work well for road trip between vehicles. Battery charges via usb c cable, and standby life seems to be very good. Case is not heavy duty, but is fine for light use in a non moisture environment.

Good electronics, mediocre build quality
The devices work great, from the testing I've done so far.Sound quality is good, reception distance is as expected and usage is standard for this kind of device. The flashlight feature is a nice addition and I like the knob-style on/off and volume button.Build quality is below my expectations, especially compared to my previous walkie-talikes, from Motorola: the plastic feels cheap and not robust and the rubber seals on the ports are flimsy and tend to not stay closed, even after only 1 charge cycle.

Not just for kids…Excellent for rv caravaning!
One of my best Amazon purchases yet!We travel in a motorhome and often caravan with other rigs. We sometimes stay in areas with no cell signal and these work perfectly between two rigs at up at a mile apart in a wooded camping area (Smoky Mtns). They’ve also worked while driving at a few miles apart (maybe 5ish). We can even press the “call button” to alert the other party to an incoming transmission. They also work great to help back-in/park the rig when cell service is spotty. I’m buying another set so we have two in our rig and to give one to a third couple who occasionally travel with us.Simple to use, excellent clarity...not just for kids!!

Combination of simplicity and features
I highly recommend these radios I've been using walkie-talkies for a long time. These have loud volume and clear sound, 22 channels with privacy codes, seven channels of weather, a call feature which is a must, and a flashlight which I couldn't figure out why but turns out I've been using it at night. It also has a rotary volume and off on knob. So in short just got everything you should need for a close range Communication. The menu is very simple nothing complicated. They are also lightweight and comes with a belt clip already attached battery life seems to be good. I have not tested the range but I'm not worried about that.If you need the maximum range for line of site get a big GMRS radio.

Long lasting battery
We got these so that I could call my husband during the night (in separate bedrooms) as I have health issues. Main thing was having batteries that would last overnight. These are awesome. So far the battery charge has been 48 hours and still have 2 bars. The range is wonderful. About 2 blocks and they are clear as a bell. Great options without being too many. Voice activated, weather channel, microphone capable. Husband loves them so much that we just bought 2 more pair - one for when we are racing and other for our son who lives on 5 acres. I love being able to find my husband without walking into all the buildings

Great product
Surprised by the price and quality. I didn’t test distance but they worked for the short range of a few hundred yards
