Works as advertised

A friend of mine has fallen on hard times due to failing health. He just started dialysis and has a host of other problems. During a visit with him one day I noticed he looked as though his health had improved. He told me his wife ordered some type of beet chews (I know what they are called but I just didn't know if I should mention the name in my review) that has improved his blood pressure and other things. I began researching the product and I found Resveratrol. I ordered a hottle and began taking the pills when they arrived on July 5th.I took as directed with a full glass of water just afyer a meal. After about 2 days I started feeling more energized. I also noticed high blood pressure was improving slightly and itnseems I sleep better. I also noticed something else: my skin looks like it has improved. I am almost 60 years old and have worked in the sun and dirt my entire adult life. Even though my wife has pleaded with me to use sunscreen, well I normally dont. So my skin has the texture of say...a lizard. Well not that bad but close. Trust me I am not a vain guy and did not buy this product to improve my skin. But I thought it was a bonus.I have to say please make sure you have some food in you before you take this. Also drink a full glass of water. I made the mistake of not having food in my belly and taking this. It made my stomach upset and I almost lost what I did have in my stomach. Just a word of advise.I am not part of this company so I have no skin in the game. No pun intended. But I think this product works and it has helped to improve my health. I'll keep buying this and see where I am at after a couple of bottles. Thanks.
