Happy with my choice. I looked at a lot of flip waffle makers and decided on this one. Compact and easy to store. Makes delicious waffles. So far I’ve not had any spill overs with the batter ! And once hot , waffles don’t take to long to cook.

I’ve used several different waffle irons in my lifetime. I much prefer the “flip” style, like this. This one has some nice features, which were not on other flip styles that I’ve used.First, it locks into place so that it will stand-up for storage. With another one I had (Presto) though it was supposed to stand-up. . . it would always fall, due to the way it was made. But this one stands-up without any issues.Second. . . It’s compact. I’ve used one of the other flip waffle makers which has a “stand”. Not only are they quite large. . . but. . where it connects to the stand broke during the first use.A few things to keep in mind. . . .#1. Do NOT spray with non-stick cooking spray. There’s no need to. On top of this. . . If you spray it. . . You’ll have to constantly spray it each time as the waffles will no longer come-off easily unless you spray it. But if you don’t spray it to being with you’ll not have an issued. Plus. . .If you spray it. . . it will require more cleaning.#2. The directions show to lock it in place on the top, after you add the batter. Do not do this. By not locking it; it has room to expand.#3. If you add too much batter. . it’s going to ooze out the sides. On the one hand, this is not really an issue, but on the other hand it will require more clean-up.#4. Unlike some others I’ve used. . . This one does not have a timer. Honestly, I never used the timer on the others. If you like having a timer, then you can simply use a kitchen timer. But for me. . I simply smell the steam that’s coming out. . and once it smells “toasty”, then I know it’s done.#5. I recommend making an entire box of waffles at one time. You can freeze the leftovers. They heat-up nicely in a toaster oven.This waffle maker is Made in China and being sold by a Chinese company on Amazon.

Bought this for my son and his family for Christmas. They love it, he says it makes great waffles!

This manager is great and you can make multiple waffles at a time. Look up a Belgium recipe and use it. You will not be disappointed!

I got 4 waffles made before the lock broke off and flew across the room. Do not waste your money

The plastic parts around the locking clasp are extremely fragile and began breaking and falling off almost immediately. While the waffle iron works quite well it’s a bit of a concern that parts are breaking and falling off the second time the appliance has been used. Add the that the Amazon’s manufacturer information linked to the product is completely wrong and you have quite the less than adequate customer experience.

This is my 3rd waffle iron/maker purchased in the last few months, and most likely my last.After having very disappointing results from the first one, decent results from the second one, and absolutely fantastic results with this one, we no longer need to look for a waffle maker anymore. The included recipe is good, but we ended up looking up a few others and are happy with all the results.If the batter is poured correctly, there is no spill at all when rotating the device. The included measuring cup is nice, but you need to add a bit more than a full cup to get a fully edged waffle. Cleanup is not difficult, wait for the machine to cool and wipe with your preferred cleaning stuff. We use a soft sponge and then rinse with the irons open over the sink with the soft-spray nozzle of our sink.Overall, one of the best waffle irons for the price range!
