I absolutely loved this book! It was very inspirational. I hope to take several ideas from this book and apply it to my daily life. I can't recommend it enough.

I read Hamilton's "Little Book of Kindness" and was hooked. In Five Side-Effects he puts his scientific background to work explaining tangible impacts of kindness.I needed this book. It showed up for me when I was not being kind to myself, and he reminded me that kindness even to oneself has merit, value, and reverberations beyond what we can know. So glad this book found me when it did.Whatever led you to this book, you won't go wrong reading and taking it in.

An easy readable book. I liked the science backed studies used as examples. Leaves you feeling uplifted which is always cool.

This book is awesome. It explains why it is important to our own wellbeing to be kind to each other and to ourself. There is physiology that creates healing and joy through giving acts of kindness, receiving acts of kindness and even witnessing them. A must read for all humans. Love and Light!

This book really shows why being kind is actually even better for the giver than the receiver! If this book can’t convince the reader why they should practice kindness, nothing will! When you’re done reading it, you will likely be a better person. You need to share this book with others. We need more of this book everywhere!

I bought this for my Narcissistic MIL for her birthday. She was very offended and hasn't talked to me since. Very much worth the money!!
