My First Piano Adventure: Writing Book B Paperback – Illustrated, January 1, 1996

This is a great book for younger students who are starting piano. It is to be used in conjunction with the Lesson Book Level B and does a great job of creating fun activities for the students. I like that it also does a great job of having some worksheets spread throughout with information and activities for different composers such as: Ludwig van Beethoven and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.

Very easy to follow. I only have some basic knowledge of piano, but I can teach my 5-year-old daughter with the help of this book. After help her put her fingers on correct keys, she can play the songs by herself!It’s really a helpful book:)

I have been teaching piano lessons for over twenty years now and the Faber and Faber method has been my favorite since college. I love how thorough the Faber's are, covering everything from technique to ear training, sight reading, theory, and artistry. Whoever mailed me the book bent the front cover. Other than the irresponsible mistake, book is in good condition.

My 4 year old is learning a lot from this book and its companion lesson book with CD. I heard her tell her teacher that Beethoven was a "great composer" the other day. This book particularly has good 'theory' practice for a child who is simultaneously working on handwriting her alphabet.
