Perfect ergonomic controller
This controller is more ergonomic and comfortable to use. Works good with my ps5.

Allows me to enjoy playing Playstation 5
I have long favored Xbox largely due to the much more comfortable controller. The symmetrical stick positioning of Playstation controllers (which results in asymmetrical thumb position) is a disaster for my tendonitis. Now I can play Playstation games just as comfortably as Xbox games.I ended up purchasing the Xbox Nacon Revolution controller as well, and I consider it an improvement over the base Xbox controller. The rear buttons are excellent (I usually map them to sprint, as sprinting in games also often flares my tendonitis). One difference is that the Xbox controller will turn on the console, but this one does not turn on the PS5. But it is worth it to finally have a comfortable PS5 controller.

Worst controller I have ever used for a fighting game.
This controller has the absolute worst DPad I have ever used for a fighting game. Good lord. The pad is DEEPLY embedded into the controller with a plate that moves on top of the buttons, this makes the buttons VERY rigid and you need to press them down hard. The two dpad exterior plates are AWFUL. One is the grotesque circular plate that makes it so you have to push way too hard, it's very imprecise, and horribly designed, and the other is a cross pad that way too small, it's smaller than the pad hump that enshrouds the dpad interior plate. It's awful. This controller is horribly overpriced, and criminally marketed to fighting game pad players. I'm never buying another Nacon product ever again after this controller! I'm unbelievably unsatisfied. Do not buy this garbage if you're a fighting game player, just stick to 1st party controllers, and if you need a premium option just but the Dualsense Edge or the Xbox version of that. This product sucks.

Xbox users that switched!!!
If you came from Xbox to PS5 and you want that Xbox controller back you’re in luck! This is a nice controller that’s very similar to the Xbox controller, it is easy to map and use with a short YouTube tutorial. Over all this is a great product so far!

XBOX Controller for Playstation
This is long, you can scroll down to the bottom for my pros and cons if you don't want to read the whole review.I bought this controller after reading it was the best (to the author), that it out does the Playstation edge controller, and it was on sale. I usually play with my controllers wired (don't have to worry about the battery dying). I own a variety of "pro" controllers: Scuf, Battle Beaver, Aim & PS Edge. All of these controllers are $200 or more, based on configuration.I was disappointed with Battle Beaver as the wait time was long and they couldn't configure my controller as I wanted. They refunded a bit of money and said I could return it on a later date to have the functions I requested (button remapping), but it had already been between 4 to 6 months from time of order to arrival. There are multiple options to configure, it's not a bad controller at all, but you do need to be aware of where the back buttons are when you choose those options.I had also ordered the Scuf Pro Reflex. I enjoyed that one, gave it to a buddy after ordering another one with different bumper configurations.I bought the PS Edge, which only has 2 buttons for remapping. It is a solid controller and cheaper then the others. I still use it, mostly in my travel pack. Also in my travel bag is the Aim controller. Allows for remapping the back paddles, but sometimes feels like they are awkwardly placed. Finally, to the Nacon controller. If you go back and forth between XBOX and Playstation or maybe your on Playstation and wanting to play on the XBOX, this controller will help with the layout. It took some time to get my thumbs use to the layout, but that's fine. The re-mappable buttons are in a good position and didn't have much issues there. This controller will not turn your Playstation on when you press the home button. It doesn't matter if it is wired or wireless. You have to use your computer to remap the buttons. I had issues with the D-Pad either not registering or registering the wrong direction a few times. For the price (it was on sale) it's not a bad option. If you have no plans on playing XBOX, or have ever played with an XBOX controller, this may throw you off a bit. It does allow you to "lock" the triggers for FPS games.Long of it short:Pros:Remappable button layout feels goodFPS Trigger locksPrice compared to other "Pro" controllers*XBOX Controller layout (if you came or are going to XBOX)Cons:Need to use computer to Remap buttonsWon't turn on your PS5Issues with D-Pad*XBOX Controller layout (if you are not use to the XBOX controller)I would really give this a 3.7 out of 5 stars (but lets round up). I have gone back to my Scuf controller at this time.

Incredibly frustrating experience with the customization and app.
The controller is great. There is no mobile app. No app on the ps5. And the Mac version of the app just won’t let you open it. Then when you bootcamp your Mac to run windows that app gives you internal server connection issues.Build quality is holding up well in the face of a lot of playtime. The Hall effect sticks feel a little weird, like the tension of them has a built in exponential response curve but I’ve gotten used to it. The back buttons are good. Idk. I’ve tried a bunch of different pro controllers. This one is like the Toyota Camry of them. It could use improvements but the core features are there and they work reliably. The software bit, the inability to turn the console on with the remote, the need to flip a switch and use a dongle for Bluetooth mode. Those little things are incredibly annoying for a supposedly officially best buddies with Sony type deal.Third party mod controllers do that stuff better, they just don’t have the manufacturing resources to make quality hardware.

Great!
Love it. Very customizable. Wish the haptic feedback, controller speaker, and triggers that push back worked. But no complaints. Good investment compare to the garbage stick drift models Sony keeps knowingly pushing out at 80 bucks a piece. Got tired of buying new ones every year.
