Works well but has a slight delay
I can't complain, it works and was easy to install. But - it does have a lag from power on to the light strips turning on.

Repaired my led ceiling light
Replaced the driver in my huge led ceiling light. So far it’s working great. It does have a delay of a second or two when you first flip the light on.

Long setup/rinse time on driver
Sharing the following information to help with your buying decision.I bought this driver to replace a same spec driver in a light fixture that was failing. Sometimes it would not turn on. While the old driver had a virtually instantaneous setup/rinse time (time from when the switch is turned on until the light starts emitting), this driver has an approximate setup/rinse time of 1 - 1.5 seconds. It may not seem like much but for a kitchen light, it is long enough to feel and makes you question if you hit the switch or not.Since this is an overhead light fixture and not the easiest to remove and reinstall, I haven’t decided if the annoyance justifies the removal and return on this driver to find another one. This does not seem to be a specification that is shared for drivers so it makes it a gamble if I choose to replace this one.On the positive side, this driver is 1/2 the width and 1/2 the thickness of the old driver.

Confusing mis-match of markings on box vs. unit - But overall a very good power supply.
The box markings state the input voltage should be 176–250VAC, but the product itself is marked 110VAC. The product works fine on 110VAC and delivers the expected 300W at 24V. Mounted to enhance natural convection through the electronics and case, it gets warm with loads close to the rated maximum but is perfect for my application, which draws less than half the rated load. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the build quality and performance of the unit.
