The dumbbells came neatly packaged. It's so easy to add and remove weights. Each piece is about half a kg, so you get 2.5 kg dumbbells of 2, or 5 kg of 1 dumbbell, if you prefer to use only one. Simple and efficient. It looks great too. If you like home workout these are dumbbells to buy as they are so easy to store. I used th.todaynfor the first time and they are really good. love it!

Dumbell was Packaged properly and also ziptied with stand to prevent acceidents while removing out of pkg. They are easy to adjust to required weight 3.5 kg - 24, some minor weight differences at lower settings. Feels very sturdy and durable. Doesnt feel the adjusted dumbells will fall off during exercies for now. Might need some maintaenance after few years for ajustment wheels.The size is wide for any weight setting as the adjustable sections remain empty while lifting. Will be harder to hold single dumbel with hand as adjustment wheel interferes.
