love the taste,compared to others

I had heard that shilajit was good for a lot of ailments, and energy. I was really hoping that I would be able to take it but I had side effects on the second day. I woke up and found that ai had difficulty swallowing, my stomach was cramping and let's just say, I was "leaky" I also had so e palpation, but that might of been because I felt a little panicked with the difficulty swallowing. Unfortunately, they do not accept returns, beware.
