Best outdoor cameras!
Excellent company to deal with. Cameras work really well, clear picture, east to set up. I had a problem with one getting a cloudy lens about 8 months after purchasing. This company guided me through steps to try to fix and then sent me a new one with no problems! Would recommend to everyone! App is very easy to use also. No monthly fee or contract, everything is on the app! Strongly recommend the solar panels also, they work like a dream and no dismounting to charge cameras.

Excellent products and the best customer support!
After moving to a new home this year, I decided to invest in a security camera system to monitor the exterior and entrance areas of the house. After researching the many options, I decided to try WUUK products. Iâm glad that I did.WUUK offers good products and absolutely superb customer service when problems arise. As opposed to other companies, there is no subscription required for full functionality of these devices. And WUUKâs customer service is probably the best Iâve experienced from any company in my long lifetime.I purchased their Smart Doorbell Pro camera and two outdoor cameras with solar panels. These connect to a base station, connected to home Internet, which communicates with the cameras and stores their event recordings. Apps for both iOS and Android work great, allowing me to view the cameras and event recordings, modify their settings, and receive event notifications. The doorbell even calls my phone when someone rings it, allowing me to communicate through the doorbell from wherever I am.The doorbell connected to my existing wiring, though I did need to purchase a special mount from DoorbellMount.com to accommodate the narrow spacing at my front door. This wired doorbell connection and the solar panels for the other cameras mean I donât need to bring the cameras inside to charge. If you prefer to use the internal batteries, they do hold a charge for a long time before recharging is needed.Installation and setup was easy, even for a guy as handy-challenged as me, thanks to excellent manuals and the well-designed apps. It did take a bit of experimentation to position the hub for optimal connectivity, as my cameras are on opposite sides of my home. I did purchase a WiFi extender to assist with this placement, though the hub does offer a fully wireless option.Technology is never perfect, and I have experienced a few problems since installing the system. Every few months, one of the cameras will lose its network connection. Iâve fixed this by bringing the camera back inside and reconnecting it to the hub. Two of the cameras have been damaged by heavy winds and rain, and Iâm looking into purchasing some sort of covers or shielding to prevent this in the future.WUUK has been amazingly great in responding to my support requests, acknowledging them immediately and then soon-after offering suggestions and even free product replacements when necessary. Itâs not hyperbole to say this is exemplary customer service, and it really is the best Iâve ever experienced from any company.Iâm generally very pleased with these products, and I am ecstatically satisfied with WUUKâs commitment to customer satisfaction. Give WUUK a try for good products, superb follow-up support, and an overall excellent video security solution.

Decent Security Theater Setup.
Installed the 4 cameras, solar panels, and wired the pro-doorbell pretty quickly. The app installed and worked decently. After adding the base unit and setting up accounts and such, the APP did not want to add devices until I performed the firmware update on the base unit. After that, adding devices worked well. Expect it to take a minute or two to add each device. It will appear that the system is doing nothing until the device is successfully added.Wiring the door-cam was a bit difficult since I had to use a dremel tool and carbide bit to carve out a recessed area in my wood siding for the wire nuts to reside and my 1960's 24Vac wiring insulation is very fragile. I did pull the door-cam off the mount once without using the removal tool and it didn't break anything. But if I need to remove it in the future I will use the special (sim card style) removal tool. Store this removal tool where you won't lose it. Installing the cameras and solar panels was very easy on my wood siding. I pre-drilled all holes for the cameras, doorbell, and solar panels to make them easier to mount and not hurt the siding or strip any screws. I tucked the wires for the panels under the soffits with just a small amount of wire exposed. I am left wondering how the USB-C connections are going to survive the cold and wet seasons. I placed 1 camera probably 80 feet or so from the base unit on a shed and it works 100% fine. I have a mesh router with 1 router and 1 base unit on the opposite side of the house, so there are no connection issues. Base unit is wired in with ethernet. I had to buy a switch to add the base unit, as the mesh router only has 1 ethernet port. The solar panels keep the cameras at 100% charge even though the panels are not directly in the sun and only receive light part of the day. Solar panels are made from some material that feels like fabric and are not heavy glass. The pro-doorbell does not have AI face detection (though I'm sure it's capable). The battery in the doorbell is slow charged by the existing 24vac, so it will also always be at 100%.The App works well most of the time. I had to power cycle the base unit 1 time just after I first added all the cameras or it would just show "no devices". Though it has not done that again, I have seen it say "no devices" for a second now and then, but it loads the cameras a second or so afterwards. Once the cameras load into the APP, it is pretty straight forward on how to configure whatever settings you like on each. You can set the detection area for each camera, make the LED come on at night when motion is detecte, and Set the cameras up to ALARM if somebody tries to remove them. They can record in 15sec or 30sec intervals to the home base. I usually delete the recordings daily. You can lower the resolution for each camera, but this does not seem to affect video loading times. You can watch 3 of the cameras at the same time, but the system all but crashes if you try to load a 4th camera in quad view. Don't even try to load that 4th camera in quad mode. Lowering the resolution does nothing to fix this. It will show you a bandwidth warning when you try to add the 4th cam to the quad view, but it really isn't a bandwidth issue.Detection works great during day and low light hours with some minimal notification lag now and then. At night, they are not the greatest in human detection. The LED comes on quickly, so it detects movement, but it doesn't always seem to see a human presence very well during the darkest hours of the night.I selected this brand because I can add up to 8 cameras to the base unit and the solar panels keep the batteries fully charged all the time. Two weeks in and everything is still working quite well. I'll return with updates if anything changes. The WUUK app always reports firmware updates as failed, but they never actually fail. The WUUK app needs updated to correct this.

WUUK SECURITY CAMERAS BLOW DOORS OVER ARLO
WUUK makes a great camera both indoors and outdoors. I have both. They provide better crystal clear clarity than my previous Arlo 2K cameras and blink. Also very easy to operate and do not have any lapse time when i want to see activity alerts like Arlo did. In addition, their customer service is outstanding! From my experience, they address all concerns or issues promptly and to satisfaction. I feel very comfortable contacting the customer service department unlike Arlo who try to upgrade you every time you call. I had 7 Arlo cameras for about a year and then switched over to WUUK 3 three months ago with 5 cameras. Best move I ever made for my home security system.

Excellent connectivity and easy installation.
Excellent camera, we have a good view of the home front and back patio. We were expecting the system to be able to record any type of movements but is only available if we pay a monthly fee.
