Great solitaire game
The puzzle in this game is extraordinary. You draw four cards and play two on your right (desk?) and two on your left (research). One way or the other. I don’t play for the theme. I play for the puzzle. Nonetheless, you have to play the cards in a certain way and the cards you draw makes for some serious decision making to help complete the goal. I’ve only played the basic version and I’m usually one card away from victory. Very challenging and sometimes frustrating, but definitely worth it. I have only won once, and it was very satisfying after several losses. If you like puzzl-y solo games. You’ll enjoy this one. Card draw is obviously random, but it’s still great fun because you manage how those cards are played. I recommend.Card quality is good. Those are the only components.

High challenging puzzle in a quick game
The game plays very much like a puzzle to solve. When playing cards to one of the two zones, they can interact and create a combination of actions to achieve the goal or inadvertently cause an adverse reaction that may lead to losing the game. This is similar to a regular game of solitaire, but with a little more depth of strategy and interactions with the characters abilities. Even with the added strategy, it is not overly complicated and is enjoyable and relaxing to puzzle out.I am surprised at the minimal amount of goals or cases to solve but with the way the game plays, it doesn’t necessarily effect the repeatability. At 55 cards it is certainly a game that is portable and will travel well. Additionally, it doesn’t take up a large amount of space and is quick to play and reset for the next game. The average time I have played is 15 minutes per game and the reset is simply shuffling all the cards together again.Great addition and a very accessible price point.

Case packaging could use some work. But still a great game.
The case:The card case is... Well... Interesting. Instead of a deck of card style case you get a thin case with two dividers to evenly split the cards in. Can't say I'm a fan of that. It feels like you're putting more maintenance in putting the game away then you are setting up.The cards:The art of the cards are beautiful. Really gives that dark and stormy night mystery feel. The "threat" cards give an ominous tone but not enough to feel disturbing. Just take note the numbers/letters are on the top only. Just make sure your card are all upright before you shuffle.Gameplay:Your standard solitaire difficulty. the survive "three wounds and it's over" takes it up a few notches. The ability features gives alot of options in placing cards around. For a moment of playing I almost felt like I wasn't playing a solitaire like game which is great.

Solo Gamer Approved
This game will be a nice addition to my small travel collection. The gameplay is smooth and plays quickly with little set up time. The quality is great. My only complaint is the box is tight, making it difficult to open.

Simple ok game
There's not much to this game. Simple solitaire variant. The sherlock theme is not really integrated into the gameplay at all, it's more for aesthetics.I do enjoy playing it once in a while though! I prefer playing solo with both detectives taking turns. It makes most sense to me this way.

Easy to learn but hard to master.

Great!
If you like solo card games and especially solitaire, you will love this game. The cards are nice quality and there is a lot of replayability. I will warn you it is not that easy. I have won, but it is a challenge, and since it plays quickly you can play multiple games in one sitting. So losing is not so painful!

Fun, simple, yet challenging card game
This game is quite unique. The rules are easy enough to learn and remember, but the games are not overly easy to win. It requires luck of draw and some good strategy to best the game. I love it, and take it with me on most travel trips. My 10 yr old kid also likes the game and is able to grasp the rules.
