How long does this game take to play with 4 players? I'm thinking of planning a gameschool class, and would need to be set up-clean up in 50 minutes
how do we get a new copy of the instructions? My kids lost them.
Since there seems to be some errors in the earlier versions, what version is this game? What year was it manufactured?
Have the cards been updated to fix all the incorrect questions and answers?

8 & 11 year old love playing this.

I wanted to find a game my homeschool kids could play to help them learn the states, their locations, and a few facts. I didn’t expect it to be such a hit. We do alter the rules a little when we play but there’s lots of flexibility. They now can quickly find states and are coming close to memorizing the map all while learning passively in a fun way!

Get it early before the kids get tested on it

Good game, could be better quality though

We have enjoyed playing this game and it is very useful for learning a lot about the United States of America. It comes with a timer, but we have opted to play without it as it is only useful in remembering information and has no real use for the learning part. Once we learn more, then we will enjoy the added excitement on being timed for the answers. Our kids have benifited a lot from this and it's prevented them from getting discouraged. The game also helps you learn the abbreviations of each state as well as the capitals and largest cities. The playing card sets it comes with are the lowest quality I think I've ever seen. Seems like just big cardboard cutouts rather than real "cards". At the cost of the game, I was surprised to find such flimsy cards. But that is the only negative we could say. It's a fun game to play and we would still recommend it.

Interesting facts about the states

Loved the game and cards. My 9 year old grandson (with dyslexia) loves reading the cards and then finding the answers on the board. He is very interested in geography. We've played it many hours at a time.

Overall a decent game, but materials are flimsy and the questions need a major edit

Bought this for my 7 year old who loves maps and geographical facts. It’s a decent game to learn or figure out information, but the materials are flimsy and the cards need a MAJOR review. The box split after one use, and the timer broke after two (the timer has almost all plastic innards and can’t stand up to kid and teenage handling of it, but the bell is annoying, so I’m not super upset at the broken timer, to be honest). Most of the questions are fine, but I’m a professional editor and some of the questions made me cringe with incorrect syntax, missing prepositions, random capitalization, lack of parallelism with regards to numerals, and awkward wording. Some of the questions also are wrong:Name the 2 states that start with “O” (there are three)Name the 3 states that border the Pacific Ocean (there are five)All in all, an OK game for learning, but you need to go through the cards first and fix any errors.
