This Compaq tablet performs reliably and meets expectations in terms of functionality. However, the back cover flap intended to support the screen is poorly designed—it fails to hold the tablet upright, constantly collapsing. To keep it stable, you’ll need to prop it up with something sturdy like a thick book.

This tablet is really worth it for its spec to value ratio alone. Great storage space, good memory, good screen, comes with a case and keyboard. It's also not too old. Compared to most tablets of its price range, this gives you more out of your money, if you're in for a cheap but modest tablet. I use it as a mini TV of sorts while eating, as I have no need for a whole screen for that.However, the one catch to this tablet (and a pretty noticeable one at that) is that the Wi-Fi adapter is very weak. It barely reaches the router being just two rooms away without obstruction. And here's something important for you if you do get it: Remove the case while you don't need it or the keyboard. It further blocks the wifi signal somehow, and using the tablet without the case allows me just enough signal strength for my use case.It really could be worse. But it's pretty great as is. I would recommend it over the cheap 100-120$ tablet options.------------------Esta tableta lo vale solo por su buen rango de capacidad por valor. Bastante espacio de almacenamiento, buena memoria y buena pantalla, también viene con un case y teclado. Y tampoco es muy vieja. Comparado con la mayoría de tabletas en su rango de precio, consigues mucho más con esto, si estas buscando algo no tan barato. Lo utilizo como un mini televisor mientras como ya que no tengo necesidad de una pantalla tan grande.El único detalle (y que se nota bastante) que hay que tener en cuenta es que el adaptador de Wi-Fi es muy débil. Apenas alcanza estando dos habitaciones del router, sin mucha obstrucción. Aquí hay algo importante para ti si la consigues: remueve el case de la Tablet mientras no lo necesites o el teclado tampoco. El case bloquea la señal de alguna forma, y al usarlo sin el, me permite tener suficiente señal para lo que lo uso.Podria ser peor. Es muy buena como lo es. La recomendaría sobre las otras opciones de tabletas a 100-120 dólares.

Problems:No 5gG Buffers constantly with Paramount Plus. UPDATE: It turns out the problem is that Bluetooth is causing the problem. The lack of a 5G option (or am I wrong?) causes interference with the Bluetooth 2.4g frequency. A 3.5mm jack would solve the problem but there isn't one on my Bluetooth speaker. (there is one the tablet, though.) Otherwise, sound is as best as you can get on this type of tablet, screen rez is really good. It doesn't seem to lag in any other way. Love that it has a keyboard. Be careful that you don't miss the pull out panel in the back; it won't stand up without it.

Was fine until stopped charging after only 5 months

after owning this tablet for a few months it is not worth the price or the compaq name on this product. from the beginning it is slow, disconnects frequently from all internet sources. the keyboard stopped working correctly on day 3 with none existent customer support. no manual and the physical keyboard is setup for non english.cant even located tablet on Compaq website to get support. the seller doesn't know the product, told me to check the Bluetooth on the keyboard, doesn't even use Bluetooth for the keyboard it is pinned. the camera is subpar, this is definitely not worth it, go with another brand not this one. all around this tablet is an D
