Good enough for the price
Do these shakes taste great? No. They taste artificial, like Splenda. A popular competitor that plays on the word glucose for their brand name tastes much better, but not so much better that the price difference makes it worth it. I am willing to deal with a little bit of weird Splenda aftertaste to save like 50% per bottle.I just wish it came in more flavors. I also think these shakes taste better warm than refrigerated but your mileage may vary. These do not spike my blood sugar at all, are low enough in calories to be a snack rather than a meal replacement, and fit easily in my bag for me to take on the go. Sometimes you can't eat right when you plan to and having these shakes on hand keeps me from dealing with stomach pain in the meantime. Highly recommend if you need a diabetes-friendly, cost-effective way to stave off hanger. Just don't expect to use them to raise your blood sugar if you are experiencing a drop.

These are a good option for those struggling with diabetes. They can be used as meal replacements, or to add nutrients, etc., dieting might bypass.

Who Knew I Was Getting a Lifetime Sipply (Strawberry/Banana Flavor)
I don't often review things on Amazon, and honesty, I vacillated on whether or not to review this item because part of the problem with the order was me not reading the information properly. I didn't do my due diligence in this case. I thought I was ordering a 6-pack of Strawberry Shakes, not a 24-pack of Strawberry-Banana. My bad, and I'm punishing myself for that faux pas by by making myself drink everyone of those vile little bottles of sacchariferous yuck. I bought 'em, so I'm drinkin' 'em. Maybe I'll read the ad better the next time. That said, I found these "shakes" to be cloyingly sweet to a fault. It might have been Okay, well, an acceptable amount of sweetness, for Chocolate, or maybe even strawberry minus the banana, but taken together it was pretty bad.Now it's not my first time at the liquid nutritional supplemental rodeo here. I was looking for a cheaper option in my supplements when i tried this. And it's not like I'm expecting ambrosia here, but there's one thing in getting your hopes up expecting haute cuisine, and there's entirely another for whatever this slop is, and I'm sorry for impugning the whole of the slop industry by likening it to this product, but one man's swill... I suppose, if you get them cold enough, it helps a little bit, but not enough for me to give this product a passing grade.I decided to go through and read all of the 1-star reviews for his product, and, surprise, surprise, they're almost all for the Strawberry-Banana version of the product, and I think I know why. To that end, I'm going to order a 6-pack of the Chocolate flavor to see If I'm right, or if, alternatively, all their flavors, how should I say... Suck‽ If you're curious, I'll let you know if I'm able. I don't know what Amazon's rules are about reviewing different flavors of the same item. I guess I'll find out. I hall await my order with bated breath. I'm sure it shall be a masterful taste sensation for the true epicure in all of us.ADDENDUM - 15 August, 2021 -I did try the Chocolate flavor of this product, and it is MUCH better than the Strawberry/Banana. While the sweetness of the Strawberry/Banana just emphasized the worst artificial notes in both, the Chocolate shake neither seemed overly sweet, nor artificial. The thickness of the S/B flavor just gave that version a slimy mouth feel, while it seemed quite nice, and shake-like, with the Chocolate. If I were giving a rating for this flavor, I'd give it 4.5 stars outta 5. Is it better than a hand-made chocolate ice cream shake? No, of course not, but it also has about 2,000 less glucose spiking calories, depending on the serving size you're consuming. If that's what you're think you're getting, then you need to adjust your expectations a smig.
