All items are sturdily constructed.There's a variety of high, medium, and low resistance.I hope to be able to play my guitar again after suffering a stroke.

Quality materials - smart design.
I've been using Grip Rings on a daily basis and I love how you get two different compression/resistance weights with each ring. I can work through a series of hand and finger grip strength exercises while watching TV.I am struggling with the Finger Strength Bands - even the 1lb band is really straining my fingers. It would be nice if there was a .5lb so I could work up the resistance like I can the Grip Rings. I have better success using the Finger Bands for extension exercises.There is a booklet that covers several exercises and even includes diagrams of the various muscles in your hand/forearm so you can visualize what areas you are working.

Great tool
Got them to keep strength in my hands and arms as I age. I am in my 70's and they have really helped with my grip and forearm.

Easy to use
Bought these for my husband to strengthen his wrists and elbows. He has been complaining of tennis & golfers elbow. So far these seem to help a bit, of course it’s not getting rid of the pain, but over time and more use they should help more.

Great rings. Bands will likely break.
The rings are great for grip strengthening. The bands are fantastic for the finger extensor muscles, which easily get overlooked in normal training. Problem is they are fragile. The yellow one (least resistance) broke within the first month of use. 4 out of 5 stars.
