Changed my cleaning routine!
The media could not be loaded. This is one the best investments that we had made. I still call the manual cleaners every once in 6 months, but this had really helped me maintain my glass. The suction is very good. Please request for a demo if you are ordering online, you definitely need one to understand how to keep the machine itself clean.

Just what I needed
Ecovacs doesn’t disappoint! Perfect addition to my new house full of 10 foot glass windows. Before I bought this Just cleaning the windows seemed like a Herculean task before this lil thing arrived. It literally feels like Christmas came early! Does what it’s supposed to do perfectly. Love the design and it’s so handy and easy to use. It’s of good quality and I feel I would use it well that it justifies the high price.

Excellent product - works as advertised
Our house is mostly glass. We have glass windows that are over 11 feet. The ECOVAC was just the product we needed for our house. Works really well.

Not cleaning and service is not good
Not good cleaning and after clean glass look like too many scratches i don't like this product very bad

Does not work as advertised
This window BOT does not clean as advertised. In our house we have a large wall made of glass. The bot does not cross a simple edge from one glass to another. So half way above, say at 10 feet the BOT stops working and I have to manually bring it down. Unfortunately the return window has elapsed and I am now trying to contact the manufacturer for support.
