This is it. I love that it combines BCAAs EAAs and electrolytes in one. I find my recovery from intense workout has become much faster and better since I started using this. And the taste!!! So nostalgic. Nailed the rocket moon pop flavor to a tee. So refreshing. I even take it when I didn’t work out just to get my electrolytes in and to get my water down - tastes do good with cold water. Very good value for what it delivers in ingredient stack. High quality, Reebok you nailed it on this one.

I recently got into running and am preparing for my first marathon, so I added strength training to my routine. I used to dread it because it left me sore for days. Then, I tried Reebok’s nutrition system, which made figuring out what I needed simple and easy.I decided to try their Pre-Workout, as I’d never used one before, and it made a noticeable difference. I did a glute and leg workout with no soreness afterward and felt energized throughout.Since recovery is crucial for running, I also tried their hydration powder, which has electrolytes and glutamine to aid recovery. So far, it's been great and easy to use! Easy to mix in a shaker bottle, and taste amazing!

I don't know what some people are complaining about. This product is good. The ingredient list is a lot more health conscious then some of these other brands. It doesn't taste bad at all. I think they did a solid job creating a solid product that checks a lot of boxes for me. I put this a in bottle and when you feel it with water it's a little frothy but as soon as you shake it up it's mixed. I drink it while I workout and I do feel it helps with my endurance. Thanks reebox for making a product that doesn't use sucralose or harmful dyes. I'll be ordering it again

Bomb Pop flavor is surprisingly good. I struggle with the flavors of most 'sport' drinks. I was prepared for salty. It's not. Just a bit sweeter than I prefer, but most are so sweet I just give up on them. 👍 It actually smells like a popcicle.

Arrived open and completely unusable. Several other reviews mentioned this ti. Don’t waste your money.

I ordered this powder mainly for the hydrating benefits it is supposed to have, but I cannot seem to finish a glass. I figured Bomb Pop flavor would be great. It can't be bad, right? Eh...Initially, I loved the flavor of this hydration drink. It tasted, at first, like an old school Bomb Pop so I was quite pleased. Until I took a few more sips, then the aftertaste took hold of my tongue. I don't know what it is, but it reminds me of chemicals. I will be willing to try it again, but that aftertaste is hard to ignore. I've not been able to drink enough to tell if it actually works like it is supposed to or not. To me, the flavor needs tweaking, especially for the cost.

Higher in calories than similar supplements but taste really good
