Highly recommend!!
I struggled with my grip which was very frustrating for me when trying to lift or pull heavier weights. I got some straps, which although aided my grip slightly, were fiddly to use and didn't really help all that much with heavy weights. These hooks have really helped me progress in weight training as I'm now able to lift and pull a lot heavier weights than I would have been able to lift with just my straps/grip.They're great quality, worth every penny and very comfortable to wear. I'm so pleased to have found them!

Everything Try First would have been idea >
Not more than 2 cos of the flexibility . To do most of the exercises eg pull up they cant accommodate the handle grips. The free weights are not secure enough handle needs to be smaller. Self adjusting. So I do not use them v much at all. But go back to my straps. Much more flex and adjust able . Would not have bought theses if could have tried them first. --- Bad buy.

Best lifting hooks!.
I’m a tetraplegic, paralysed from the chest down and have limited grip in both hands.These lifting hook are amazing ands help me massively in the gym. I’ve had loads of lifting hooks in the past but all been weak material and the straps twist in the metal buckle. However these are very strong heavy duty ones and comfortable, very impressed would definitely buy again but I can’t see them ever breaking as they made so well. Quality product.

Not bad but...
They are made strong but I didn't have a good grasp on the bar also doing pull ups I was swinging a little instead of "straight pull".
