Really sturdy tap and easy to fit. I removed my old tap in preparation of this arriving. After the package was delivered it took 20 minutes to fit for an amateur me an DIYer. We have an american style fridge with filtered water dispenser but it's a pain to try and fill anything other than a cup or glass due to the shape of the dispenser. This is much better for filling your kettle, coffee machine, humidifier, the cat, everything, as there's nothing in the way. So glad I bought it. You need to flush the new filter as per the instructions, but found the taste improved much more a week or so later after the flushing.

First impressions were great really simple to install, looks good as well.However the quality of the water it produces means that we still need to use a Britta filter in conjunction with the tap to avoid getting the limescaleI do live in a hardwater area hence the reason for purchasing this system

I liked the idea of this with the promise of filtered water at the tap. When the plumber fitted it there was a leak, after much investigation it turned out it was the joint where the metal filter inlet pipe joined the main body of the tap, right up inside. There was also a hose missing from the box. I got the feeling the tap they sent me was one that had been returned for whatever reason as it was clear it had been opened previously. Returned and hopefully not issued again.

Delighted with this product from BWT. They have been very supportive too, and have had the water softener fitted with it today. So far so good!!!

This tap replaced an existing one which we had in the kitchen.It looks very modern and stylish.It was easy to fit but can take more room in the sink cupboard as our old filter fitted to one side and this is in the middle of the cupboard.Its easy to operate the left hand lever is for filtered water and the right hand is for both hot and cold water.Over all we would recommend it if you are looking for a new filter tap or to replace an existing one.
