Q: what scrubber is best for pebble tec pool?

I'm using them on my pebble tec pool. (see my answer to a different question re: their utility).

Q: Are they sheet wrapped for shipping?

It's been a while since I received so I don't readily recall. I don't really understand why sheet wrapping would be a concern. My arrived unharmed, not compressed or damaged in any way. They work great on our Polaris sweep and you simply can't beat the value.

Q: Do these help with water spraying outside of pool? My Polaris pool vacuums tail constantly comes out of the water when cleaning and sprays water

They help to a certain degree. The sweep (tail) still will spray water onto you or nearby windows. It appears to me that if I have the Polaris set to not climb too high to the top of the tile around the pool, the sweep will spray a little less. You'll need to experiment. One problem with these scrubbers is that they will slide off the plastic thingy to which they are attached and/or will wear out, faster than I thought they would. But, they are cheap and are better than nothing. I'm still using them.
