Great cameras, though initial setup can be frustrating & IMO software needs work.
I have 17 BluRam cameras (various models). IMO: Initial setup can be extremely frustrating. I use only WiFi setup, think my problem is that my 2.5 & 5 Gig networks use the same SSID also my password and SSID are not short. My solution has been to use another WiFi network with a short & simple SSID & password just to get the units working. Then go in and update the network config to the correct info. Once working I have had no major problems. I would like the vendor to update their software so PC & Cell apps all have access to every setup option. Would be GREAT if the PC app could do everything the phone app can. You have to do some settings on the phone, and other settings on the PC. Also if you chose to share, I have never been able to get the shared user to get access to anything other than live stream.

Awesome
I’ve been using this camera to keep an eye on my baby, and it has truly been a game-changer. What I love most is how quickly it sends notifications to my phone the moment there’s any movement or sound. Whether my baby stirs in her sleep or starts to cry, I’m instantly alerted no matter where I am in the house. The video quality is great, and the night vision works perfectly too. It gives me so much peace of mind, especially when I’m busy or working in another room. I honestly don’t know how I managed before getting this—totally recommend it to any parent looking for reliable monitoring and instant alerts

Great product and great deal
Great product and super easy to set up. Delivery was fast and you can't beat the price. Works good on a 5ghz wireless internet. Very happy with purchase.

Satisfied customer
So far so good 😊Just installed one in my business this afternoon and my neighbor took the other one for her business. Pictures look great and the price is reasonable. And I already ordered another set

They’re good for a few days/weeks, then fail. Along with their support
They used to make a decent camera, and used to have decent customer service. But now the last few cameras I have gotten from them, both inform & outdoor models all have problems, and they don’t even want to support it.Out of 9 new cameras I got in the last 2 months, 3 of them have bad night vision, suddenly got cloudy & white spots, and 2 of them like 75% of the time don’t motion detect for large events, like someone walking up from 20 feet away, then standing directly in front of the camera, only 2-3 feet away, shows no motion. This happens continuously. And none of them ever get the ai event right, a cat can walk by, and it says personal appeared. A person can walk by, and it says vehicle or pet. A car drives by, and it says person or package. They’re just getting worse & worse. I had 3 Blurams cameras from years ago, and I decided they’ve been doing so well, I’d replace my entire ring system with them. What a mistake. And now I see why Blurams camera prices keep getting lower & lower, because they know the quality is failing.

Keeping but not also annoyed with them
I’ve been dealing with issues of my pets fighting, so I got several cameras to keep an eye on them when we’re not home. It’s frustrating that the cameras only record for 12 seconds unless you pay for a subscription. While I use SD cards for 24-hour recording, the playback doesn’t show when activity starts—you have to scroll through everything manually. The cameras also reset to their default position after 12 seconds of movement, which is super annoying. That said, they’re still better than the KASA cameras, which had constant connectivity issues.
