Arrived broken
One of the backboards had a big chunk ripped out, I emailed the company and they got a new one sent out to replace it at no extra cost.Apart from that decent shelves

Avoid
Avoid. Screw holes dont match up so went through the wood a million times. One of the metal circle screw thi gys lol facing fell off so couldbt tighten it. Try to put sides on and cant feel for the sxrew hole and no way to see to line it up so again went through the sides. Now smashed up and out the back š”

Very nice
I had bought this for my 7 years old bedroom and he loves it, and can fit so many books big and small size. Iām very happy that this purchase

Arrived damaged
We bought this for my daughter's birthday and kept it hidden in the box until the night before...when we unpacked it to put it together we found that the corners of most of the pieces were really damaged. Some were just little dents but other corners were completely chewed up. It went together well and is sturdy enough, so my husband did a repair job with some filler and white paint to cover the broken pieces as we don't want the hassle of having to return it (which is what these companies rely on). My daughter is happy with it - it's the only bookshelf we could find which has tall enough sections for larger hard-back books, so she can finally organise them rather than having them stacked on the floor.Such a shame that a good item has been spoilt by poor warehouse storage/insufficient protection in the packaging.
