Definate Improvement Hair skin & nails!
The media could not be loaded. I have using these tablets for 3 months now & I can honestly say I have noticed a difference!My skin seems to be glowing...my nails seem to be getting stronger...my hair seems to have much better condition & thicker. It works !
Skin on hands especially thumbs very badly cracked- have only used supplement for 4 days and skin feels better-also nails seems stronger-hair good.

Saw improvement but concerned about high selenium
I did see an improvement in my hair and nails when taking this. But it also gave me bright yellow urine (due to the high vitamin B). I think some of the levels of vitamins are too high, I stopped taking it due to the high selenium (180% RDA). Too much selenium is bad for your kidneys and can cause brittle hair and hair loss(!). I didn’t notice any negative affects though, but I’ve decided to just have a balanced diet which is safer.

Don’t expect miracles!
I’ve been taking these for about 3 months now, and really not seen any improvement in my skin, hair or nails. I bought them mostly for my hair. For those saying they are seeing changes in their hair - this is more likely due to something else as, of course, it’s only going to affect new hair growth, not existing hair! I’m still waiting to see if it improves my thin, fragile hair, but 3 months on I’ve not seen any improvement on ny new hair growth. Will keep taking for a little while longer and update if this changes! But, for now, don’t expect miracles, especially quick results!

Great product
I’ve had a lot of baby hairs since birthing my 3rd child nearly 3 years ago and it just wouldn’t grown back but after taking only a few of these I’ve started noticing growth and I’m so happy!! I Will deffo be buying more!

Amazing vitamins!
I've always struggled with my hair and their growth, however since I started using this my hair have never been better, they started to grow and show some volume so I am really excited about these ! Plus its really cheap!
