Reliable Brush for Liquid Products
This is a nice dense brush that I mainly use for liquid blush, but it also works well for liquid contour or bronzer. The bristles are soft but firm enough to blend product seamlessly without absorbing too much. I like that the handle is metal or metallic rather than painted wood, since painted handles tend to chip over time. This one has held up really well, with no chipping, no loose hairs, and no shedding so far. It's great quality overall.

Expert Face Brush = Amazing Finish
I just purchased the Expert Face Brush a few days ago. I'd been wanting to try it for a few months and finally had an order to include it in using the Add On program.I have several other Real Techniques brushes and have found them all to be well made, this brush included. Each time I try a new brush, I get more excited about this line because they all work so well. This brush makes applying my liquid foundation a breeze! I barely have to use any product and it covers beautifully and completely. I just swipe it on as I would with a regular flat foundation brush and it gives a flawless finish. Buffing it in is also an option with this brush (you can see a tutorial for this brush on the Real Techniques YouTube channel).Along with using less foundation, I find that it takes much less time to apply, which is AWESOME! It does not require as much blending as other foundation brushes I've tried. I also use it to apply my moisturizer before I put my makeup on. It's easy to clean. I've washed it with baby shampoo and brush cleaner with no shedding, so far.I like the size and weight of the brush. Like all R. T. brushes, it just feels good in my hand. I've tried the R. T. Foundation Brush from the Travel Essentials set, which I really liked. It works much better than the flat foundation brush from Shany that I had previously been using. The Expert Face Brush blows them both out of the water. I love this brush!Update:After using this brush for over a year, I want to add that it has held up very well. My only complaint is that the soft, rubbery grip of the handle (the black part) has worn off. The underneath is a shiny black plastic material that looks just fine. It's just annoying to have little black flecks on my hands after using the brush. I was able to peal just about all of it off and the brush still works as well as before. I think this is a consequence of repeatedly setting my brush(es) down on a wet bathroom vanity. This has happened to a few of my other Real Techniques brushes. I still love this brush and all of my other Real Techniques brushes.

Smooth Application
For the price, this is a great foundation brush. Nice application and holds up well even after washes.

great great inexpensive makeup brush
this brush is amazing.I have never bought a very high end brush from sephora or ulta because wow 60 bucks for a brush? I just can not do that.I use coverfx cream foundation. I've tried a beauty blender my fingers EVERYTHING it does not apply foundation as flawlessly as this brush.I am a huge real techniques fan now, these brushes a great beauty dupe.they are really easy to clean as well and do not hold on to makeup so you are not wasting a ton of product for no reason.I also really enjoy that the top of the bristles are a whitish color it makes knowing when to clean your brush super easy!I also have dry skin and this does not micro exfoliate my face and make it look cakey which is honestly a god send because a lot of brushes tend to do that.I have tried this with liquid foundation and it does not work nearly as well as with a cream based foundation (that's why its only 4 stars)it's also a really great versatile brush, as I have used it for foundation, blending, contouring, and blush.

Fantastic foundation brush
I have been buying this particular foundation brush for a few years now. It fits into any size makeup pouch, it is very easy to hold and use, the brush is just the right size and the fibers tight so that foundation goes on easily and smoothly. Once a month I rinse it under warm running water with a little soap on my fingers and squeeze it dry with paper towel. Then I leave it near an open window for a few hours to make sure it is really dry.

My magic wand
I bought this back in March and am just washing it for the first time today ( really bad I know ) but then I had to do my makeup for work without it while it was drying and missed it so much I decided to write a well deserved review.I had stopped using liquid foundation for and while and was only using loose and pressed powders because sponge applicators left my face looking cakey and my fingertips made my makeup look streaky. I ordered this brush in hopes of upping my face game and boy oh boy :) I use it after primer to buff on foundation and I only have to apply a couple small dabs of makeup to my cheeks, forehead and chin and this brush takes that small amount and covers my entire face. And the coverage is even and flawless and not cakey at all. My skin even looks dewy after application which I've never experienced before with liquid foundation.Today I just used my finger tips to apply my foundation and I had to use almost twice as much and the coverage can't even compare. Also, the brush washed up really well. I washed it with some other real techniques brushes I ordered along with this one and none of them lost any bristles. All the real techniques brushes have held their form very well and dried quickly after washing (which is not something I can say about my Bare Minerals or Lancôme brushes)If you're on the fence, buy it. It's a necessity and a steal for the price.Side note: I was on the fence between this and the stippling brush by real techniques and decided to buy both because I watched some videos where people were giving advice on using the stippling brush for bb cream and foundation.. Yeah. No. The stippling brush is great for loose powered blush and bronzer but not for liquid coverage. If you are like me and are looking for a brush for applying foundation or cc/bb cream, you want this brush.

Definitely a good brush
I got this to use for my foundation and I will say I was pleasantly surprised. I’ve had it for a while now and still using it definitely will stick with this brush for now on.
