Great product
This pot is a replacement for a Cuisinart pot I have used for making my green chili for 15 years. My older pot is getting worn enough that the meat is sticking, so it was time to replace. I love the fact that you can lift by the handles and they are not hot. This pan is of great quality.

Ease of use
I am enjoying using this pot. It has even heat distribution both on top the stove and in the oven. It is the perfect size for a family. The pot is easy to clean requiring very little rubbing. I plan on ordering additional pots from this line.

GREAT for perfect rice!
I got this for my home chef husband and he loves it. After using other pots to try and make the perfect rice, he found this one to be the best. He makes a lot of different kinds of rice for different cuisine and it always turns out fluffy. He also uses it for small batches of red sauces. This one's a winner!
