1 mix pack is not enough for a period of 5-6 days, considering you have to change every 8 hrs or less- depending on the flow. I have to use pads as well in between.Otherwise Sirona tampons are excellent!! Excellent absorbency. Super comfortable. Feels like I'm wearing nothing at all!! Am a regular buyer and a fan of Sirona.But yes, like other reviewers said- pls change the usage description- it's wrong to put the outer tube at the vaginal opening- the outer tube must be inserted all the way to into the vagina and then push the inner tube all the way. Pls ask manufacturer to correct it.

Regular one is good. But instruction is not appropriate. If someone jus reads jus instruction and try like me, they r gonna fail. You simply say push inner tube into outer tube. But there needs to be a point bfr that to push the outer tube into the vagina fully such a way that fingers touch the body. Then push the inner tube into outer tube.

Low quality product. Applicator never works

Go for it ...but better to buy whole packs of normal n heavy separately n uses for 2 months..More economical that way

- use the right size according to flow. otherwise due to lack of lube it'll get dry and uncomfortable.× tampon is stuck tightly inside applicator. so have to remove from it and use it like a regular (non applicator) tampon only✓ comfortable when inserted rightly and right size.✓ super good for night✓ regular works for 4 hours

Ultimately u have to use it as without applicator and as a newbie I can't use it without applicator so is not working for me. Hope they make a change 😔
