I started using Optimum Nutrition Micronized Creatine about 6 months ago largely based on positive experiences with their other products. Excellent price and the results are as expected. I've used several other brands of creatine over the years. Usually with the same positive results and side effects (you don't really want to know...).My only complaint is even though it is "micronized" there is sometimes graininess in that last swallow, so it's not all dissolving.

I take this everyday, no smell, no taste, I mix it with my water or electrolyte drink. You just have to shake once in a while.

Won't be the first one or last one to recommend ON products. This creatine works great and it's helping me growing my muscle mass. Good value for money. I will stay stick to ON forever.
