This book is easy to understand and is inspiring. The author includes many exercises for the reader to try, along with suggestions for additional resources to consult if desired. I am on my second reading of this book. I have been doing the exercises suggested and have found that I have definately benefited by following the author's suggestions. I bought a second copy of this book to give to my son--I didn't want to part with my own copy. I strongly recommend this book if you want to feel better about yourself and your life.

I wasn’t aware that writing inside the book was a possibility and I wouldn’t have purchased it if I’d known someone else had taken notes in it. Not thrilled. The book itself is supposed to be excellent. Review not for book itself.

I ❤️ This book, I went ahead and bought the audible version as well, everyone needs this book.. even if your not sick, it’s so powerful. When someone has an illness the quick reference guide tells you the cause by emotion and how to fix it, I tried it on me and it works!!

I am revisiting this book as over time it got misplaced. Excellent reading and worth the time to re-read. Many very good suggestions in maintaing the balance needed on a daily basis. Positive affirmations are the way! Remember, "lie to your self enough, and you begin to believe it". Always, Judge by results, Often harsh, but always true!

I love the colors in this book and had to order it even though I had a regular paperback of the same book.

Having loaned out my first copy (and not getting it returned) I decided to repurchase this and read it again. I definitely recommend this book to anyone needing some help with life's challenges. It's a gem.
