Capsules a little big , but felt better

Really Good
Was a bit skeptical about these working, but thought I'd try. They're actually really good. They did nothing for the first month or two, but after that suddenly i started noticing my nails being really shiny and my skin being more resilient - spots seemed to have healed faster and my skin seems a bit more radiant. Also my hair is growing really fast. I only didn't give 5 stars as they smell pretty bad and the capsules are huge - I've had a few chokey moments trying to swallow them. But they're good and I'll buy again.

It works
Nails grow faster , hair grows faster so hopefully other elements are repaired. Certainly feels like I have less aches.

The pills are too big to swallow
I have started the pills half a month ago and maybe it's too early to see any difference.But it's so difficult to swallow them as they are so big!!! Next time I will go for the powder sbd not capsules.

Tried other brands but always go back to this one. Noticeable difference in nails and hair. Worth it.

Excellent product
I bought this product to improve my skin quality. Not only has it done that, but after 2 months, my jowls have lifted considerably and my neck has firmed up along with my upper eye lids.Not only are there visible improvements on my face, my muscle tone is much better.Will definately buy again.
