Drip drop is a lifesaver. The packs are travel friendly. The taste is not great, but the effect is worth it. The instructions say mix with water, but I mix with fruit punch to help disguise flavor when drinking more than one. I also add one to mixed drinks for a guaranteed hangoverless day after. Most importantly, Drip Drop is helpfulfor my 82 year old mom with dementia. Hydration is ESSENTIAL for preventing UTI. Hydration also helps her ability to focus and remember. I cannot get her to drink sufficient amounts of water. Drip Drop in punch solves our problem. If she becomes dehydrated, 2 packs will make all the difference. It is like watering a wilted flower...she blossoms. DEFINITELY recommend!!

These drip drop pouches are the greatest thing I've ever found on Amazon! I first bought them when me and my girlfriend were planning our birthday vacations which included a 4 day cruise/3 days at Disney World. During the cruise we pretty much drank every moment we had the chance but thanks to these wonderful pouches 2 times a day we never once had a hangover. After the cruise we headed straight to Orlando for fun in the Florida sun and drinking around the world at Epcot and once again thanks to drinking one in the morning and before bed neither of us had any hangovers. Also works great just for regular dehydration, those days walking around the parks in the hot Florida sun these magic lil pouches would provide just the relief we needed to keep going. We've had the berry and watermelon flavors and both taste great! A box of these will always be in our house now.

These drops are perfect for quick re-hydration. I take them with me whenever I travel. Have used them after hot beach days, kayaking days, hiking days. They work within minutes and you really can feel the difference. Heat symptoms such as headache, etc. disappear as soon as your body absorbs the powder. They also work great if you have partied too hard and consumed too much alcohol. I have suffered from heat exhaustion before, and this is the only product that I have used that dissipates the symptoms and quickly hydrates my body. I highly recommend them for all ages, but they are especially helpful for children and the elderly who dehydrate so easily and suffer more sever symptoms. I wouldn't consider any activity now without having these handy. Very easy to dissolve in a 24oz bottle of water. Shake it a little, and you're ready to drink. Also, the berry flavor is very refreshing.

It's great for making me feel more hydrated and helps with dry mouth symptoms, however it taste like a berry flavored medicine. It dissolved really fast, I just gave it a quick stir. No texture once it's mixed in.

Such a lifesaver if you have a problem getting your your daily water intake in. My health really started to suffer and I would come back from the weekend feeling like I had a hangover, even if I hadn’t had a drop of alcohol. After drinking a few bottles mixed with drip drop, I noticed my usual Monday nausea and headache was gone. Ive only had the berry flavor which is great, it’s subtle and way easier to get down than sugary Gatorade. If I actually plan to drink, I’ve found that drinking these in between alcohol totally prevents a hangover. I will order these forever they are a game changer for anyone who struggles to stay hydrated.

For anyone wondering, no, this does not have the same effect as having an IV started as far as the immediate effects. The upside to this product is that it tastes good, I ordered the berry flavor, and if a person has gotten to the point of uh oh, this can help replenish the electrolyte loss. Water is life but sometimes we need a little extra kick and this can help with that. It should be noted that this is intended for an 8 ounce glass of water so if you add a packet to a 16.9 ounce bottle of water, the flavor will be slight but as a maintainer, it’s good to go.

If you’re buying this for a hangover, I’d say find something else. I even drunkenly remembered to drink it at 2am and also drank it first thing in the morning. No major changes and continued to puke until 3pm. I do like it post workout and for general hydration though as I suck at drinking water.

I have POTS and I am always in need of additional electrolytes. I even go in for a bag of IV fluids monthly.This product works very well it quick hydration. Much better than drinking Propel. I keep these in my purse so that if I get super dehydrated I am able to hydrate quickly. Because these are a little pricy, I drink Propel regularly and save these for when I really really feel bad.I plan to order again. If you frequently dehydrate, these are worth a try.
