Just ordered some and it literally came from Wal Mart in a Wal Mart box. Price gouging at its finest.

Q: how many sheets per roll?

Although I haven counted them, the manufacturer says 231sheets come on a roll

Q: Can this be used in a porta potty?

I don't see why not. The toilet paper is designed to break down in a recreational vehicle's holding tank system and not clog up.
