As a long time user of Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce, I have long wanted an alternative to its overly vinegar forward flavor as well as its too prominent heat. Crystal has long been a favorite of chefs and home cooks who like Louisiana style cuisine. It delivers a wonderful spicy flavor with just the right amount of heat in my opinion. And the vinegar level is less pronounced so you appreciate the pepper flavor. In short, it is a great alternative to its hotter kindred for all purpose flavoring!

Spicy but a little bit down on flavor!
It is a good sauce, it just did not have enough flavor for me. I like my sauces to be flavorful on top of being spicy. It has the spicy down, just missed on flavor.
