I’ve purchased two of these to be able to give myself different areas of red light and infrared light therapy. I can honestly say that I think bestqool offers the best quality red light therapy pieces in these models… which is why I bought two of them. They are extremely easy to move into a position that’s needed and they don’t lack any power at all. I really do see a difference doing 30 mins every other day keeping my face about 5 inches from the red light device. I of course make sure the infrared is off while doing this but really there is an immediate benefit you start to feel… even my eyesight appears to be improving. Dedicate some time to do it right and you won’t regret purchasing these. There is a unique feeling and skin benefit you get from being consistent with it and the quality of the red light from such a smaller sized red light is really handy.. hence why I bought two. Sure you could spend more on one larger red light but you can actually stack these or put these on opposite sides of you depending on what you are targeting. Be careful to not expose your eyes when the infrared option is on .. it works best for muscle and deeper muscle tissue. I think this is worth every penny and highly recommend you give it a try. The design is very useful and gives it a ton of utility with being able to put it on its side or hand it and use the hinge to balance it. It’s just big enough to where I can hold it about 5 inches from my face and feel fine for 30 mins. Total win getting two of these. Wouldn’t change it at all.. even one of these is great.

I’ve been using the red light therapy panel consistently and I’m honestly impressed. My skin looks brighter, fine lines have softened, and I’ve noticed reduced muscle soreness after workouts. The combination of red and near-infrared light really seems to work for both surface and deeper tissue issues.Setup was easy, and I like that it includes eye protection and a built-in timer. The panel feels sturdy, and the light intensity is strong – definitely not just a gimmick device. I use it about 10 minutes a day and started seeing subtle results.Only minor downside is that the stand can be a bit wobbly if not placed on a flat surface, and the control buttons are a little sensitive. But for the price and results, this is a fantastic investment. Compact, light weight and easy to store.Highly recommend if you’re looking to boost skin health, speed up recovery, or just feel better overall. Just be consistent and patient – it works!

I just received this yesterday and have only used it once so far. I used it for 20 minutes on my back and neck at about 6" distance. Afterwards I found it easier to move around and in less pain (I have degenerative disk disease and pinched nerves). I then slept remarkably well! I really think this light panel has already had positive effects and will continue to use it regularly. The seller was also very responsive to my questions. I'm very happy!

The media could not be loaded. Look at the light this unit puts out in a dark room by my shakti mat. I was not concerned about coverage for my wants at all when I received it and turned it on. There is reading dimensions and then seeing it live. This is a very good size and the light is intense. The company seems extremely and unusually engaged with their consumer base and part of the reason I chose their product was seeing them respond on (I don't know if I can say the forum name in an Amazon review) but one one the biggest forum websites. It impressed me that they were engaging this way, as it's a main way I check on products that are of importance to me. I am experimenting with it for many issues, and if they respond well, I will edit them into my comment. The actual machine looks to be of excellent quality and feels like it when you hold it in person, to me. I have never purchased an item like this before, so I wasn't quite prepared for my eyes to see this thing light my room the way it did.

Out of the box the unit is well-made and ready to use. Ease of use is very high and the enclosed manual helpful to review for proper usage instructions depending on what results you are seeking. I was able to use the product immediately and am happy with the purchase. The buttons controlling light and timing are a bit sensitive which led me to inadvertently reset the timer once and then turn off the NIR, both happening in the same inaugural session. I am now attuned to the sensitivity of those buttons and will treat the unit accordingly. I understand that it takes at least two weeks to being to see results. I can't wait to share those results. Holding off on five stars due to the sensitive buttons and because I also want to rate the overall results of using the unit.

We have just had it for a week. At the moment the hardware seems good quality only time will tell it’s a capability. In regards to the benefit of the device itself.1- Skin is visibly better looks more nourished and have better tone that only after 4 days of use.2- I developed headache while doing a therapeutic treatment on someone and it was a full blown headache. I went and used this device thinking nothing of it. By the time I was done with thw 20 minutes the hea he was completely GONE! Like literally GONE! that was a pleasant surprise.3- I believe that the device aided in providing more mental clarity in comparison to the past while also helps I keeping energy level better than past as well.4- It helps in reducing inflammation and to note that fact after use the next morning my sclera (white portion of the eye) is really white to an effect when someone uses clear eyes or visine.It is working for us. Hope it works for you! I think it is worth the investment.

I have used the product one time so far but love the transparency of the company and information that is clear and easy to understand.
