The pills work very well. My problem was that I gained 15lb in the 2mths that I was taking them. I initially weighed 140lb but shot up to 155+ in no time. From researching on isosensuals' home page, I learned that their cream makes the fat cells you already have enlarge and encourages your body to produce more wherever applied. (People have even said they noticed their fingers swelling after a few weeks because of the product, so be sure to wash your hands!) The average growth from their test subjects was 2-3 inches. (I'm assuming this was without the supplements and without working out).
