good - took two weeks to see a difference in the length of my eye lashes. I knew it worked for this because I have used it years ago (different brand) and had good results.I also mix a couple of drops with the Lidl serum I'm using at the moment, as a night-time moisturiser. I have historically acne-prone skin and it has not caused any spots, just given me evenly toned, hydrated skin (I'm 45).I haven't seen any improvement in the hair loss on my parting/scalp but I will keep trying by applying it at least a couple of times a week, leaving it overnight and washing the next day.

I keep rubbing it into my hair couple of hours before I would wash my hair. It keeps my hair soft and helps with the growth process . Size is great , easy to apply and very effective

I thought this product for oral use, that is why I purchased it, until I read the lableThe instructions , states the castor oil was food grade .The intructions need to be more clear and state it should not be consumed.I interpret" food grade" it can be taken orally.I gave 4 stars because it looks good quality.

So from what i have learned about oils lately, this is good for trapping in moisture for example you use jojoba oil to hydrate your skin and then use a slight amount of this over the top of that to seal it it has a nice result. Made my skin look younger by combining them. If you use this alone as moisture though it is not ideal. Little bit goes a very very long way. Value for money. Easy to use. Combine with jojoba oil for great result in scalp health and skin health. Strong oil safe to use
